1. 콘테스트 공고문

THE FENDER STRATOCASTER IS A STAPLE OF MUSIC, USED BY SOME OF THE MOST FAMOUS MUSICIANS! BUT DO YOU HAVE A FAVORITE SONG OR ARTIST WHO USES THE ICONIC GUITAR? IF SO, WE WANT TO SEE YOU SHOWING OFF YOUR APPRECIATION OF THOSE THINGS USING LEGO BRICKS.

펜더의 스트라토캐스터는 음악의 거점(?), 많은 뮤지션들에게 사용되었다. 하지만 너도 이런 상징적인 기타를 쓰는 노래나 음악가를 알고있지 않은가? 그렇다면, 브릭으로 표현해보세요!

IT COULD BE A RECREATION OF A LEGENDARY PERFORMANCE, AN ALBUM COVER OR SOMETHING OF YOUR OWN CREATION, CELEBRATING THE ICONIC GUITAR.

전설적인 공연, 앨범커버 또는 뭐 암튼 너만의 창작물이던지.. 상징적인 기타를 기념해주세요.

 

Of course, you may reference IPs in this contest, but please make sure that they are appropriate IPs to reference. 

물논 다른 사람의 지적재산물(Intellectual Property, 이하 IP)을 참고할 수 있는데, 그게 참고해도 되는 적절한 것인지 꼭 확인할 필요가 있다.

• If you are submitting a contest entry based on a Third Party Intellectual Property (i.e. a music band or instrument manufacturer), then please use our Intellectual Property verification tool to determine whether or not we allow submissions on this intellectual property. To use this tool visit the Submit a Project page and then click the blue "Submit Idea" button. If an Intellectual Property is not in our database, then you’re welcome to ask a moderator in the comments of the contest announcement blog post or simply submit your contest entry for review. 
• 만약 네가 제3자이 지적재산물(예를들어 밴드, 악기 제조사 등..)에 기초해서 제출한다면 레고사의 지적재산물 검증 툴을 검색해서 이게 허용되는 것인지 확인해야 한다. 이 도구를 사용할라믄.. 프로젝트 페이지에 방문해서 파란색 "아이디어 제출" 버튼을 클릭하라. 만약 지적재산물이 레고 데이터베이스에 없다면, 콘테스트 공지사항 블로그에서 댓글로 중재자에게 물어볼 수 있거나 심플하게 직접 제출해서 확인받는 방법도 있다.
• You may also reference The Beetles as an IP, as we have already approved product ideas based on this IP.
• 비틀즈를 지적재산물로 참고할수도 있다. 왜냐면 이걸로 우리가 이미 만든 제품들이 있으니까~!

HOW IT WORKS / 어떻게 진행되는지

The contest will consist of 3 phases:

이번 콘테스트는 3가지 단계로 구성됨:

 

1. Submission Phase - Create and submit your entry before November 4th, 2021 at 6:00 a.m. EST. We recommend submitting your entry 2-3 days before the deadline in the event we have to return it to you for changes. 

제출 단계 - 만들고 제출하라! 기한 전까지, 되도록 2~3일 전에 제출하라, 수정할 사항들이 몇개 있을수도 있으니까..!

 

2. Judging Phase - Our judges review the entries, and just like the music charts, there will be a ‘Top 40’, which will be 40 of the best entries that will go head-to-head in a fan vote. The judging will take place from November 4th, 2021 to November 18th, 2021. 

심사 단계 - 우리의 심사위원이 참가목록을 리뷰한다. 음악 차트처럼, 그리고 40위까지 걸러질거고... 팬 응원에서 지들끼리 오징어게임 할거다. 심사일자는 11월 4일부터 18일까지 진행된다!

 

3. Fan Vote - We leave it up to the community to decide the ‘Top 10’ as well as the ‘Number 1’ of the ‘Top 40’. The Fan Vote will take place from Friday November 19th 2021 to Friday November 26th 2021!

팬 투표 - 커뮤니티에 콘테스트 내용을 남길거고... 이걸로 40위 중에서 탑 10을 결정함. 팬 투표는 11월 19일부터 26일까지 진행된다.

 

4. Winners Announcement - We share the Grand Prize winner and Nine Runner Up winners here on LEGO Ideas no later than December 3rd, 2021! 

우승자 발표 - 우승자와 나머지 9개의 차순위자에 대해서 시상을 진행할거다! 늦어도 12월 3일까진..!!

HOW TO ENTER: / 참가 방법

 

1. Submissions may be in either physical bricks or by using a digital building tool such as LEGO Digital Designer. You’re welcome to use image editing tools, such as Photoshop, to enhance your photos/presentation. 

실물 브릭으로 만들어도 되고, 디지털 제작 도구를 사용해도 된다. LDD나 이미지 툴, 포토샵같은거도 가능하다.

 

2. Take up to five photos of your creation and submit them to the contest. Make sure to show off all angles and any features or functions of your creation.  

창작물에 대한 5개의 사진을 제출하면 된다. 확실한건 여러 각도에서 네가 만든 디테일한 부분을 모두 담아서 뽐내야 한다는 것이다.

 

3. Please submit your photos in as high a resolution as possible so that we can see all the details clearly. If possible, the shortest edge should be at least 1080 pixels. 

가능하면 높은 해상도의 사진을 제출해달라, 그래야 모든 디테일을 자세히 볼 수 있다. 사진의 짧은 면의 길이는 반드시 1080 이상으로 해달라..

 

4. Add a title and short description.   

제목과 설명을 추가해라

 

5. Upload your entry to the contest using the blue Submit Your Entry button on this page.  

파란색 제출버튼을 통해서 제출을 완료하라!

CONTEST RULES / 콘테스트 규정

ACCEPTABLE ENTRY CONTENT / 허용 가능한 제출 내용

• You must be the original creator of all creative work you submit (LEGO models, images, photographs, description text, etc.) and you must have the exclusive right to submit your game to this LEGO Ideas Contest. You may not submit a game and/or model or any other content made by, or on behalf of, someone else.
  네가 제출한 작품에 대해서는 네가 무적권 원작자여야 한다. (레고 모델, 이미지, 사진, 설명 등등..) 그리고 너의 게임에 대해서 반드시 독점적인 권리를 가져야 한다. 너는 다른 사람의 게임이나 모델을 제출할 수 없다.
• Entries must be new creations and not previously posted online or submitted to any other contest.
  제출품들은 반드시 새로운 창작이어야 한다. 이전에 온라인에 제출되었거나 다른 콘테스트에 사용된건 안된다.
• You are allowed to use any official LEGO element (LEGO System, LEGO DUPLO, LEGO TECHNIC/Constraction) in your entry. The LEGO elements must be genuine (not cut, glued, or otherwise modified).  
  공식 레고 브릭(레고 시스템, 듀플로, 테크닉/건설 등)만을 사용해야 한다. 이러한 브릭들은 잘리거나, 풀로 붙여지거나 암튼 수정된 것들은 안됨
• Entries may contain copies or references to any existing third-party work or creation or infringements of any third-party intellectual property right, however they should be an ‘allowed IP’ as shown in our IP checker here.
  제출품은 현재 존재하는 제3자의 작품 또는 창작물 또는 제3자의 지적재산물 권리를 위반하는 어떤 것들의 복제품이나 참고품을 담을 수 있다. 하지만 반드시 허용된 지적재산물임을 확인받아야 한다.
• You’re welcome to use generic Minifigures, or create minifigures that reference 3rd Party IPs, as long as they are an ‘allowed IP’ as shown in our IP checker here.
  일반적인 레고 미니피규어, 제3자의 지적재산물을 참고한 미니피규어의 창작도 허용된 지적재산물에 한해서 언제나 환영한다.
• Contest entries related to the topics below do not fit our brand values and will not be approved for publication on LEGO Ideas:  
  콘테스트 제출품 중 하단의 주제와 같이 레고 브랜드 가치에 부합하지 않는 것들은 아이디어 출품을 제한한다.
  
  • Politics and political symbols, campaigns, or movements  
    정치, 정치적 상징, 캠페인, 운동
  • Religious references including symbols, buildings, or people  
    종교적인 상징물, 건물, 사람
  • Sex, nudity, drugs, or smoking  
    성, 노출, 약물 또는 담배나 대마
  • Alcohol in any present-day situation  
    음주(낮술,회식 등 다 안됨)
  • Swearing or profanity

  • Death, killing, blood, terrorism, horror, or torture

  • Warfare or war vehicles in any modern or present-day situation, or national war memorials

    대량살상무기, 어떤 종류던 간에 무기, 검, 칼, 총, 공상과학 무기 등
  • Racism, bullying, or cruelty to real life animals  
    인종차별, 괴롭힘, 야생동물의 잔혹성

ENTRY QUALITY STANDARDS

• You may submit digital entries using LEGO Digital Designer, which is available for download via this link free of charge. Any entries made in LEGO Digital Designer should not show the baseplate from build mode. You may also create digital entries using third-party LEGO CAD software such as Studio or Mecabricks.  
  레고 디지털 디자이너를 사용하여 디지털로 제작된 작품을 제출할 수 있다. 그리고 디지털로 제작된 것들은 빌드모드에서 보여지는 베이스플레이트가 보여져서는 안된다. 제3자에서 제작된 레고 캐드 프로그램(스튜디오, 메카브릭스)등을 사용해도 된다.
• You may use photo editing software, such as Photoshop, to enhance your entry’s presentation.   
  사진 편집 프로그램을 써도 된다. 포토샵같은거!
• Entries containing photos that are too dark or blurry will not be approved. To ensure easy judging of your entry, we recommend taking pictures on a neutral background free from background clutter, with your model well framed. 
  사진을 포함한 제출품에서... 너무 어둡거나, 뿌옇거나 한것들은 통과안된다. 쉬운 심사를 위해서 중립적인 배경화면..? 등을 권장한다. 창작품만이 잘 보일 수 있는 그런 배경화면 말이다.
• Please do not include people or limbs in pictures you submit. Photos containing such will be removed. 
  사람 또는 팔다리가 사진에 나오지 않게 하라. 그런 사진은 삭제될거임
• Please do not overlay any text or logos onto your submitted images.  
  너의 창작품에 위에 어떤 텍스트도 추가하지 마라.

HOUSE RULES / 주거 규정?

• Entries containing defamatory or degrading elements will not be eligible for the contest.
  명예훼손이나 저하 요소들은 적합하지 않음
• Any cheating or harassment of other participants will result in disqualification from the contest.
  다른 참가자에 대한 사기나 학대 등은 자격박탈 요소임
• Your contest entries and comments on contest entries must follow the complete LEGO Ideas House Rules.
  너의 창작품과 댓글은 레고아이디어 하우스 룰을 반드시 따라야 함

JUDGING / 심사

A panel of judges consisting of members of the LEGO Ideas Design team and Fender will choose 40 entries for our ‘Top 40’ Fan Vote, based on:

• Overall coolness and originality: 25%  
  전반적인 쿨함과 독창성 25%
• Most inspired details: 25%  
  가장 영감을 주는 디테일 25%
• Relevance to contest theme: 25%

• Best use of LEGO elements: 25%  
  레고 브릭의 적절한 사용 25%

THE FINE PRINT / 세부 항복

• You must be at least 13 years of age to participate and enter.  
  참가하기 위해서는 13살 넘어야함
• You may submit multiple entries to the contest, but only one entry per person will be considered when winners are selected. This means you cannot win as a semi-finalist and as the grand prize winner with two different entries.   
  여러개 창작품 제출 쌉가능, 근데 우승자로서는 1개의 창작품만 인정됨. 그 즉슨 너가 몇개를 제출하든 간에 1~10위 안에는 1개 창작품만 인정된다는거임
• Winners will be contacted on the email address associated with their LEGO ID account after November 26th, 2021. Winners will be announced on LEGO Ideas when all winners have returned the signed Winner’s Certification Documents. A winner who does not return their Winner’s Certification Document within one week (5 days) of receiving it will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.   
  승자는 11월 26일 이후에 이메일로 연락이 갈거임. 그리고 우승 서류도 받을거임. 5일 이내로 안받으면 자격박탈되고 다음 우승자가 선정된다고함.
• This contest is not open to residents of Iran, North Korea, Myanmar/Burma, Zimbabwe, Sudan, Syria, any other U.S. sanctioned country and where prohibited or restricted by law.    
  이 콘테스트는 이란, 북조선, 미얀마/버마, 짐바브웨, 수단, 시리아, 미국의 제재가 가해지는 국가에서는 열리지 않음
• By entering the contest, you agree to follow the rules on this Contest Brief page and you agree to the LEGO Ideas Terms of Service.    
  콘테스트에 참가하는 것으로 너는 레고 아이디어스 하우스 룰과 공고문, 그리고 아이디어스 규정에 동의하는 것으로 간주함
• This contest is offered, organized and run solely by the LEGO Group. Participants should direct all queries and matters relating to the contest to LEGO Ideas.
